Building the “everywhere” kitchen for everyday household meals, at everyday affordable prices. We didn’t start Nosh just because we loved food. We started it because we kept running into the same problem — no matter how much money, planning, or technology I had, getting fed well was still harder than it should be. “Some days I had time but no energy.” “Some days I had money but no time.” “Some days I had neither” — and my choices were bad food, overpriced food, or waiting too long for food. That’s when it hit us: This isn’t a personal failure. It’s an infrastructure failure. Humanity built gas stations everywhere because cars need fuel reliably. But for human bodies — who need “fuel” three times a day — we’ve accepted chaos: lines, delivery delays, inconsistent quality, high prices, and wasted time. Restaurants are great for occasions.
