We started it because we kept running into the same problem — no matter how much money, planning, or technology I had, getting fed well was still harder than it should be. “Some days I had time but no energy.” “Some days I had money but no time.” “Some days I had neither” — and my choices were bad food, overpriced food, or waiting too long for food. That’s when it hit us: This isn’t a personal failure. It’s an infrastructure failure. Humanity built gas stations everywhere because cars need fuel reliably. But for human bodies — who need “fuel” three times a day — we’ve accepted chaos: lines, delivery delays, inconsistent quality, high prices, and wasted time. Restaurants are great for occasions.
