Abhay serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Investments at MoonPay, bringing over a decade of expertise in deal execution across early-stage ventures, late-stage ventures, and public company strategic transactions. Before joining MoonPay, Abhay led acquisitions and investments in Networking and Cloud Infrastructure at Cisco Investments. Previously, he was an investment banker at Centerview Partners and Morgan Stanley, specializing in strategic advisory for enterprise technology, including mergers & acquisitions, IPOs, debt offerings, and private placements. His deal experience spans Web3, enterprise software, datacenter infrastructure, cybersecurity, and semiconductors. Abhay began his career at Intel Corporation, where he spent five years in product strategy and engineering roles before transitioning to early-stage venture capital.
