Acba Bank is a credit agricole consultant consulting service of the French Credit Agricole bank successfully implemented the three-phase bank creation program in collaboration with Dutch Rabobank and German DG-Agroprogress enterprises. During the first phase of program execution (1993-1994), a research on the potential for financing Armenian agriculture was conducted, and a recommendation was made to form an agricultural bank modeled after the European cooperative bank.
