Acuity Investments (“Acuity”) is a Charlotte, NC based boutique advisory services and transaction management firm that facilitates private capital investment, strategy development and operational execution to small and medium enterprises (“SME”s). Real estate services are provided through Real Capital Acuity. Acuity offers clients and limited partners the chance to participate in creative, often off-market investment opportunities in SME buyouts, minority investments, recapitalizations, startups and other strategic activities. The firm also provides its finding, diligence, transaction structuring, financial modeling and capital raising services on a third party consulting basis. The firm is currently focused on opportunities in healthcare services, consumer and retail, business services and real estate.
