Adam Freeman is a private equity and investment professional who brings 15 years’ experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate investment, and building businesses to the role of Principal at Elmdale Partners. Throughout his career, Mr. Freeman has completed in excess of $1 billion of total transactions, including over $115 million of real estate acquisitions and investments. With Elmdale Partners, Mr. Freeman is actively involved in all transactions and business operations and is responsible for evaluating and screening investment opportunities, developing financial projections, structuring and arranging acquisition financing, conducting financial and property due diligence, arranging for the disposition of assets, and actively managing the assets controlled by Elmdale. Mr. Freeman has also held the position of CFO of Century 21 Affiliated Chicago for the past three years.
