Adam joined Bain Capital Ventures in 2016 and primarily focuses on venture and growth-stage investments in financial technology and services. Prior to joining Bain Capital Ventures, Adam led an operations team at Uber in NYC. He was responsible for improving the quality, efficiency, and performance of the driver partner base.
