Adriana Suárez is Co‑Founder and Managing Partner at Matterscale Ventures, a venture capital firm investing in early‑stage startups that deliver high‑quality, affordable, and accessible solutions to improve everyday life across Latin America and the U.S. Previously, as Managing Director of Endeavor Colombia, she strengthen and scaled the network of high‑impact entrepreneurs across the country — and launched new offices in Medellín and Barranquilla. An active angel investor since 2016, Adriana has built a portfolio of 10 tech startups with two successful exits to date. She also led investment promotion and soft landing strategies as Executive Director of Invest in Bogotá, managed ProColombia’s investment arm, and represented Colombia as a trade negotiator at the World Trade Organization, in Geneva.
