The business began with the launch of TheMediaBriefing - which provides strategic insight and market intelligence for senior decision makers in the global media industry - but expanded significantly in 2012 with the private equity-backed acquisition of Farmers Guardian and Pulse from UBM. Further acquisitions of LAMMA (the U.K.'s leading agricultural equipment and services exhibition) and Agrimoney (an award-winning intelligence portal covering the world of international agribusiness) followed alongside the sale of the Pulse healthcare business to Cogora Ltd.
