He is the vice president of mixi, Inc which is social media network in Japan since June 2009. He’s managed “mixi application” and “mixi new year card”. He’s also directed “mixi alum” and “mixi voice” to make it to be more social but community based. He joined mixi, Inc in 2007. He managed mobile development, “mixi mobile” which became a mixi’s development driver. Before he started his career at mixi, he was managing mainly portal sites such as searching engine section of “i-mode” at NTT Docomo Inc.
