Alan is a real estate development professional with more than 40 years of experience focusing on raw land and multifamily housing. Prior to founding Axelrod Capital Management LLC in 2008, he led Brightpoint Capital, a $750 million equity hedge fund affiliate of H.I.G. Capital.
