Alan Berkson is a technology pioneer, entrepreneur, angel investor, and startup adviser. He was an early employee at Freshworks, a SaaS company focused on business software, where has had multiple roles including Director of Community Outreach, building the analyst relations program, and now Director of Thought Leadership. As the first employee hired outside of India, Alan has been a key member of the leadership team helping grow Freshworks from startup to a global public company.
