Alberto is a Managing Partner based in the firm’s headquarters in Dubai and leads Delta Partners’ business in the Middle East, North Africa, Eastern Europe and the CIS. Alberto brings with him over 20 years of management consulting experience in the telecommunications and technology industries. He has advised leading telecoms, media and digital (TMD) companies across their entire life cycle and his expertise covers many regions including South America, Western and Eastern Europe, Russia, CIS countries and Asia. Alberto’s involvement in numerous client assignments in both developed and emerging markets includes corporate and growth strategy, business transformation, due diligence/M&A, marketing and sales strategies, operations and network strategy for both incumbents and challengers. Alberto’s engagement in client projects often involves temporarily taking-over complete CXO responsibilities, driving the whole process from strategy conceptualisation to large scale implementation.
