Alex is a Partner at Relay Ventures, an early stage venture fund exclusively focused on mobile software. Alex oversees direct investments in a broad range of mobile payments, application and services companies. Alex is an active board member and observer in supporting Influitive, ClearFit, Kira Talent, TouchBistro, TribeHR (acquired by Netsuite), and Viewdle (acquired by Google). Alex overseas the Fund’s affiliate program investments that include GrowLab, Extreme Startups and Next36, and Alex is an advisor to ShopLocket. Alex is a frequent speaker and panelist at corporate and venture capital events, including CIX, Visa Innovation (Colombia), IDCEE (Ukraine), CTIA Wireless and Mobile Monday. Prior to joining the team in 2008, Alex worked as a management consultant with BearingPoint and PwC Consulting.
