Alex Kaplun is an Advisor to CEO at Titanium Investments. Alex has more than 15 years of experience in Israeli and International Hitech Industry serving in different management positions over the years. Alex brings a totally new vision of business relationships between Israel and Azerbaijan, based on state-of-the-art technological and business aspects. Alex has second degree in mathematics from Azerbaijani State University. In 2012 Alex established Skaya Technologies Ltd, which is consultancy and project management firm, specialising in technological projects in both Israeli and Azerbaijani markets. Prior to founding Skaya Technologies, Alex served as CEO of NGSoft Ltd, one of the biggest Israeli Software companies.
