Mr. Ruiz is responsible for the management of client relationships and works with the investment team assisting with the implementation of strategic changes to client portfolios. Mr. Ruiz is also GenTrust’s Head of Client Reporting and oversees the firm's internal and external performance reporting. Prior to joining GenTrust, Mr. Ruiz worked at Merrill Lynch for over 6 years where he began his career in the financial services industry as a Client Service Associate within the Private Wealth Management division. In that role he specialized in operations management, cash management, and specialized liability management designed to meet clients’ short-term and long-term liquidity needs.
