Alexi Robichaux is the Co-founder and CEO of BetterUp. He founded the company in 2013 with a mission to enable all professionals to live with greater purpose, clarity and passion through one-on-one coaching. Prior to BetterUp, Alexi was the Director or Product Management at VMware and co-founded Youth Leadership America, a non-profit organization that fosters peer-to-peer leadership in high school students. He attended the University of Southern California.
