Mr. Allen Lupyrypa is a Managing General Partner and Member of Operating Committee of VenGrowth Asset Management Inc. He is also employed at VG Partners. Mr. Ferguson is one of the four original founders of the firm’s retail funds, and was one of the three partners on its operating committee responsible for the firm’s day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. Over the past 23 as a lead investor behind many private equity transactions he has gained extensive experience is all facets of structuring and negotiating private equity transactions. Mr. Lupyrypa has actively assisted investees with funding requirements and provided guidance to the firm’s portfolio of venture-backed companies at key stages of their growth and strategic development.
