Total successfully completed deal size Mr. Kiresepi contributed is over $500 million including mergers & acquisitions and financing transactions such as the Global Ports Holdings’ 11% stake sale to EBRD for US$70 m and US$250 m Eurobond issuance (Turkey), CMS Makina’s Majority stake sale to the global leader in its industry and Modanisa.com 20% stake to STC Capital.
