​Amali de Alwis is CEO at Subak, which is an accelerator and data cooperative focused on data and climate change. Outside of the day job, Amali is a Board member at Ada National College for Digital Skills, and is Advisory Board member at Founders Academy and the Institute of Coding. She is a founding member at Tech Talent Charter. She was named as “The Most influential woman in UK IT” and top 10 "Most influential people in UK IT" by Computer Weekly; and was a London Tech Week Ambassador. She was awarded an MBE in the New Year's Honours list 2019 for Services to diversity and training in the Tech Industry.
