Mrs. Brandt is a Co-Founder and serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company. She has also served as Docutech’s President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) since 2018. Mrs. Brandt has spearheaded the sale of two companies and participated in numerous other capital markets transactions, creating significant shareholder value. Throughout her decades of experience within the mortgage, software, technology, aerospace and financial services industries, Mrs. Brandt has held a variety of roles, including President of Originations and Corporate Technology for New Penn Financial, Chief Operating Office (COO) for Prospect Mortgage and President and CEO of Vantium. Mrs. Brandt also founded two new businesses under the Vantium Capital umbrella – Velocity Capital Defense and Vantium Component Services – and scaled them to profitability within twelve months of inception.
