I lead Unified Law Group, PB LLC—a Fractional In-House Legal Department for founder-led companies, private equity firms, and fast-moving U.S. businesses. For the past three years, we’ve been helping clients scale smarter with embedded legal support that covers what matters most: fractional General Counsel, M&A diligence, capital raise readiness, crisis response, transactional and litigation support, IP protection, investor relations, and AI/privacy compliance. We think like in-house counsel because we are in-house counsel. And because impact matters, a portion of our work supports nonprofits and social enterprises through subsidized legal, tax, and accounting services. I also serve as General Counsel at Alcatraz AI, where I help shape privacy-first access control solutions using facial authentication. My work focuses on navigating complex AI and biometric compliance frameworks—BIPA, CCPA, GDPR, and beyond—while implementing privacy-by-design strategies that hold up in the real world.
