Ana Lúz Rios is an Industrial Engineer from the Universidad de Los Andes with an emphasis on Economics and Finance and Organization Management. Ana Luz has extensive experience in structuring infrastructure projects and mergers and acquisitions processes. She has carried out the financial and risk structuring of railway, road, and social infrastructure projects. In particular, it has developed multiple financial and risk models, evaluating the viability of infrastructure projects under PPP schemes in Colombia. Additionally, it has supported mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes, specifically in transactions in the road infrastructure, airport infrastructure, and energy sectors, advising both the selling and buying parties in the different transactions.
