Am originally from Mexico, I grew up between lime trees and great food. Growing up the most important part of my birthdays was the birthday cake, I always imagine fairies decorating the meringue with pink wands. As a young girl I was always looking forward to learn how to cook. My first chocolate cake I baked it at 8 years old. Being very creative and looking for a new adventure abroad, I began a journey of experiencing new worlds, new ingredient.
