Anand has worked in diverse functions around the world, both in real estate & banking. He is seen by most as astute, persuasive, innovative & an action obsessed leader with strong domain expertise in FinTech, Strategy, Sales & Marketing and Financial engineering. Prior to founding Alt DRX, he was the Managing Director of Damac Properties, a multi-billion dollar enterprise based in Dubai. He has held CXO leadership roles across large Indian organisation namely Puravankara, Knight Frank and ICICI Bank and has worked across India, USA and the Middle East.
