Anand is a seasoned product engineering leader with over 16 years of experience in delivering technology solutions for various domains and geographies. As the VP of Product Engineering at Sprinklr, he is responsible for ensuring the execution and success of strategic initiatives for the CTO office, which oversees the development and innovation of the customer experience management platform. His mission is to enable and empower organisations to create valuable experiences for their customers. In his VP role, Anand acts as Chief of Staff for the CTO office and collaborates with cross-functional teams to manage product escalations, quality assurance, release management, and customer support. He works closely with the finance team in a FP&A role and manages the overall budget for the CTO org. Anand is passionate about learning new technologies and holds certifications in production and inventory management, project management, and neural networks and deep learning. He has a MBA degree
