About
Anand joined Qatalyst in December 2014 and leads the firm's private capital raising practice. Prior to joining Qatalyst, Anand spent almost ten years in Morgan Stanley’s Institutional Equities and Global Capital Markets division, where most recently he led the launch and subsequent build-out of Morgan Stanley's Private Capital Markets business. Anand has led more than $8 billion in capital raising transactions over the last 4 years for companies such as Alert Logic, Alibaba, Asurion, Box, DocuSign, Ironsource, Just Fab, Mobileye, Ozon, Opera Solutions, Privalia, Telogis, and others.
