Andreas Rizos joined Golding Capital Partners (GCP) in 2008. In his function as Chief Financial Officer he heads the Finance, Controlling and Operations Team in Munich and Luxembourg. As Managing Partner, he supervises GCP’s fund structuring activities and is member of the Investment Committee. Andreas has more than 15 years of experience in finance and private equity. Prior to joining Golding Capital Partners, he worked in Transaction Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers. As Senior Manager, he coordinated the due diligence process on multiple buyout transactions, primarily for large investment firm clients. Andreas holds a business degree with honors from Julius-Maximilians-Universität in Würzburg and passed the German Wirtschaftsprüfer exam in 2005.
