Andres has been involved in Strategic Consulting and Management, Private Equity and Venture Capital for the last 15 years in the Americas, having started his career at McKinsey & Company in Argentina, Chile and Peru, advising companies in the Oil & Gas, Financial and Consumer Goods. Joined Hermes Management Consulting, where he started and managed the offices in Miami, Santo Domingo and Sao Paulo, and in the company's history shortest career to the position of partner. In Brazil, joined Luiz Cezar Fernandes it, Trevisan and Credit Lyonnais in the development of CL Convergence, a background in hi-tech.
