Drew is primarily responsible for Safeguard's SEC reporting and technical accounting matters as well as assisting Safeguard's partner companies in working through technical accounting challenges associated with new business transactions. Prior to joining Safeguard as Assistant Controller in December 2009, Drew spent 12 years in public accounting focused on financial audits and SEC reporting. Drew was an audit Senior Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Philadelphia, PA serving primarily large multinational public companies in the manufacturing, medical products, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. In addition, he provided service to non-public companies in the auto dealership, retail/distributor, not for profit and government industries. Drew also served as a Senior Manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers' National Professional Services Group in Florham Park, NJ where he specialized in Accounting Consulting Services (ACS).
