Andy is a Senior Managing Director and a voting member of Intel Capital’s investment committee. Andy focuses on investments in enterprise software, cloud and datacenter technologies driving digital transformation. He currently serves as a Board Member of ScienceLogic and Maana and acts as a Board Observer of Mirantis and Immuta. Andy’s prior investments include Virtustream (acquired by EMC), LogMeIn (NASDAQ: LOGM), Elastic (NYSE: ESTC), Spot.io (acquired by NetApp), CloudGenix (acquired by Palo Alto Networks), CoreOS (acquired by Red Hat), Prelert (acquired by Elastic), Joyent (acquired by Samsung), DynamicOps (acquired by VMware), JBoss (acquired by Red Hat), Managed Objects (acquired by Novell) among others.
