Andrew joined Direct Capital in January 2010 after five years employed as Group Finance Manager for Auckland private equity expansion investor Zeus Capital & Emerald Capital. Andrew is responsible for all aspects of Direct Capital financial reporting and investor relations. In addition to the Direct Capital funds, Andrew also oversees the financial reporting and management of BioPacific Ventures and TMT Ventures. After graduating with a BCom from Auckland, Andrew was employed as Senior Accountant in Business Advisory at Arthur Andersen. From 1999 – 2004 Andrew completed several large financial modelling initiatives for JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley and ABN Amro in London. He is also a Council Member of the New Zealand Private Equity and Venture Capital Association.
