Andy Fruhling consistently contributes to customer successes by building impactful engineering teams that focus on high quality products and solutions – delivered through efficient, effective, and repeatable processes. He comes to Ixia with more than 20 years of experience in telecommunications and information technology. Most recently Andy was VP of Software Development for OSS Products at Oracle, where he headed the product engineering team (including strategy, product management, development, and quality) responsible for the market-leading Oracle Communications Operational Support Systems (OSS) portfolio. Andy was the driving force behind the Oracle OSS strategy that made Oracle the market leader for service fulfillment. Prior to Oracle, he led product management teams at Telution, CoManage, and MetaSolv Software, where he had defined product solutions for telecom providers around the world. Andy holds a Master’s degree from the University of Texas and 2 undergraduate degrees
