Prior to joining Comvest, Andrew worked as an investment banking analyst in Morgan Joseph’s Financial Restructuring Group, where he executed a number of distressed M&A, restructuring, and capital raising transactions across a number of industry verticals. Andrew graduated summa cum laude with a B.B.A. in Finance and Economics from the Goizueta Business School of Emory University.
