Andrew Konopelski

About

Andrew Konopelski joined EQT Partners in 2008 and is Partner and Head of EQT Credit Strategies. Andrew graduated from Duke University with degrees in Chemistry and Art History and received a Masters in Finance degree from London Business School. Prior to joining EQT Partners, Andrew worked for Tisbury Capital, a multi-strategy hedge fund based in London, where he helped manage the USD 1 billion+ credit portfolio. Prior to Tisbury, Andrew worked in the leveraged finance team of Citigroup, where he was involved in structuring and arranging financings for financial sponsor-led LBOs as well as executing of a number of corporate high yield bond transactions. He also worked within the M&A and corporate finance divisions of Citigroup earlier in his career. Andrew is a member of the EQT Executive Committee as well as a member of the Credit Partners Investment Committee.
