About
Prior to joining Strativity, Andrew was Director of Sales at leading voice of customer software and services firm MaritzCX, where he helped large and mid-size organizations design, implement, and execute customer experience measurement and continuous improvement programs. He also held roles in marketing and partnership development at software firm Allegiance, which was acquired by Maritz in 2014 to form MaritzCX. Andrew played a key role in Allegiance’s international expansion, growth, and acquisition. Prior to Maritz, Andrew spent five years in Forrester’s customer experience research practice, where he led the firm’s research and consulting in the areas of customer journey mapping, voice of customer, and voice of employee programs. There he also authored the industry’s first in-depth evaluation of the voice of customer software market in 2011.
