Andrew Rich

Andrew joined Vision Capital in 2007, and is a Partner of the firm. He is a board member at JDR Cables, having worked on its original acquisition from Bridgepoint and subsequent strategic projects and recapitalisations. Andrew led the execution of the acquisition of Nordax Finans from Palamon Capital Partners in 2010 and has been on the board since. He is also a member of the Trio Acquistions LLP Advisory Board following the acquisition of ABL Technic, Metalwarenfabrik Gemmingen and Swisshaus from Paragon Partners in 2011. Andrew is also on the boards of Pork Farms, Park Cake and Fletchers Bakeries, where he took over main portfolio responsibilities in 2012. Andrew is also the key sponsor of Vision Capital’s Associate Programme, taking an active role in the recruitment and development of people who join the firm through the programme. A qualified Chartered Accountant, Andrew trained at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte. Prior to joining Vision Capital, he spent three years in the Corpora
