Mr. Singer is a Partner and General Counsel of Energy Capital Partners. He is involved in all areas of the firm’s investment activities, with a particular emphasis on fossil and renewable power generation and environmental services. He also takes a leadership role in structuring most of the firm’s debt financings and contractual obligations. Mr. Singer serves on the boards of Broad River Power Holdings, LLC, CE2 Carbon Capital, LLC, CoaLogix Holdings, Inc., Empire Gen Holdings, Inc. and EquiPower Resources Corp. Prior to realization, Mr. Singer served on the board of Power Holdings of Illinois LLC. Prior to joining Energy Capital in 2005, Mr. Singer was a Partner at the law firm of Latham & Watkins LLP and the Global Chair of Latham’s Project Development and Finance Group, with 18 years of experience in the energy industry.
