Andrew Weller is Chief Executive Officer of Glaciem Cooling Technologies – an award-winning provider of heat pumps and thermal energy storage solutions for industrial and commercial applications. He is also a founder of Mondial Advisory – a firm specialising in decarbonisation and commercialisation. Andrew has experience across a range of sectors in the commercialisation of products and services including IT, heavy equipment and construction sectors. He has a track record taking Australian technology companies global. In the last two years, for instance, Glaciem has delivered on multi-million dollar projects in the wine, food production and commercial HVAC sectors. It has designed some of the largest CO2 heat pumps ever built and shipped them to clients in Australia, and most recently, five large heat pumps to Singapore.
