Andrew is a lawyer practising in civil and commercial litigation, family, public law and defamation. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) and is qualified as an Advocate & Solicitor in Malaya and a Solicitor-Advocate (Civil) in England & Wales. Educated at Christ Church, Oxford, and at the School of Oriental & African Studies, London, Andrew was trained at Herbert Smith LLP, practised as a solicitor at Fulbright & Jaworski International LLP in London, and was called to the Bar of England & Wales at Lincoln's Inn. He has also formerly served as a Judicial Assistant at the Court of Appeal in London and as the Special Legal Officer to the Chief Minister of Penang.
