Before founding Caring.com, he held various sales and marketing leadership positions at SuccessFactors, Intuit, Instill, Peapod and SC Johnson Wax, where he grew businesses from start-up to tens of millions of dollars in revenue. He earned an M.B.A. in marketing from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and a B.A. in history from Stanford University.
