Andy Frank

Andy Frank joined Cerberus in 2015. Prior to joining Cerberus, he was a Managing Director and head of syndication for all debt capital markets activity at Stifel Nicolaus from 2010 to 2014. He came to Stifel as a result of Stifel’s acquisition of FSI Capital, a specialized asset management and capital markets firm focused on U.S. credit products. From 2006 to 2008, he worked at Merrill Lynch in their Structured Credit Products group, where he originated, priced and helped distribute approximately $25 billion of structured transactions. He began his career in Deloitte & Touche’s Securitization Transactions Team from 2003 to 2006. He is a graduate of the Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.
