Based in our Manchester office, Andy is responsible for the execution of new investments across the Maven funds and works with investee companies across the region. He joined Maven in March 2018 following 8 years of experience managing Regional funds for both SPARK Impact and MSIF. Andy has previously worked for IP-Group investing in a range of early stage University companies across different sectors. At Yet2 as Consulting Director Andy provided services for companies such as Sumitomo Chemical, DSM, P+G, Unilever and Philips. Andy has a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Leeds, the technology developed was incorporated into a company called Micap which went onto to raise £40m and was admitted to AiM.
