Andy is based at FW Capital’s Preston office and primarily makes loans to established SMEs in Lancashire and Cumbria from the £102m NPIF Debt Finance Fund. The fund can make loan and mezzanine loan investments of between £100,000 and £750,000.He understands the pressures SMEs face and is experienced in structuring loans and mezzanine finance to support growth plans with previous responsibility for delivery of the North West Fund for Loans Plus with a focus on Lancashire and Cumbria. An experienced banker who joined FW Capital in August 2011, his 37-year career includes 27 years in a range of roles at Barclays. His last seven years at Barclays were in its Lancashire-based lending team working with a range of SMEs, including those in the area’s established manufacturing sector.
