Anil Shah has worked in the Microsoft Partner channel in New York & Washington DC for several years before returning to India to be closer to his family & start his CRM Practice. His goal is to help companies all over the globe get the most out of their CRM Online deployments. Before returning to India, Anil was leading the CRM Practice Lead at a Top 1% Gold Partner in New York where he managed several complex CRM implementations and was heavily involved in all aspects of the business from Pre-Sales to Solutions Architecture. Anil has several close colleagues in the Microsoft Partner channel and travels frequently to meet and discuss CRM with industry leaders. Anil also has a strong interest in new emerging cloud technologies that can help companies grow in their core business without costly, upfront IT investments.
