Anja Rath is Managing Partner of PropTech1 Ventures, the first dedicated venture capital fund addressing the untapped potential of real estate industry innovation in Europe, bringing together leading real estate companies and entrepreneurs, serial entrepreneurs from the digital sector, and venture capital experts. Anja Rath is also Managing Partner of COOPERATIVA Venture Group, a platform that covers 360° of the venture capital life cycle, heading the Transaction Advisory division, which supports startups in their fundraising and exit efforts. Anja Rath has been active in the digital industry for over 15 years, with a variety of mandates in corporate venture capital, portfolio management, strategy sparring, financing round structuring, and M&A. In addition to founders, her clients also include listed agency groups, telcos, family offices, media houses, and super angels such as MP3 inventor Karlheinz Brandenburg, whose VC vehicle Brandenburg Ventures she co-led as Managing Director.
