Annette Franqui currently works as the Founding Partner for Forrestal Capital, a business and financial advisory firm addressing the needs of the selling shareholders of Panamco. I was Chief Financial Officer for Panamco, a NYSE listed company that was, at the time of its sale, the largest Coca Cola bottler outside the United States. I was instrumental in its sale for US$3.6 billion, delivering a significant premium to its shareholders. Forrestal invests the liquidity of its clients through third party managers and provides advice in their multiple operating businesses. In 2007, Forrestal advised a client in the acquisition of Mc Donald's in all of Latin America and the Caribbean. The acquisition was completed with a group of private equity funds at a purchase price of US$700 million. This Company completed a NYSE listing in 2011, under the symbol ARCO, at a price that represented a 10X multiple of the original equity invested.
