Anthony Villani

About

Anthony Villani has served as Nationstar's Executive Vice President and General Counsel since 2012. He also holds the same position at Nationstar Mortgage LLC, which he joined in October 2011 as an Executive Vice President. Villani also served as the Company's Secretary from February to August of 2012. Prior to joining Nationstar, Villani was Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Goldman, Sachs & Co. where he served as the managing attorney for Litton Loan Servicing LP, a Goldman Sachs company, from June 2008 until September 2011. He has also served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of EMC Mortgage Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Bear Stearns Companies Inc. Villani holds a J.D. from Oklahoma City University School of Law and a B.S. in Political Science from Arizona State University. Villani was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in 1983 and the Texas Bar in 1989.
