Mr. Anthony W. Miller, also known as Tony, is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at The Vistria Group, LLC. Mr. Miller served as an Executive Vice President of Operations at LRN Corporation. Mr. Miller served as Vice President of Strategy and Product Marketing at LRN, where he led the effort of LRN Corporation's exciting new product, GEMS™ (Governance and Ethics Management System™). He was a Member of the executive team and was responsible for executing LRN's strategy and leading its core operations including the integration of marketing, technology, product development and content. Mr. Miller was a Partner at McKinsey and Company and a Member of its West Coast Technology Practice. Mr. Miller worked extensively with Fortune 500 companies to develop a more holistic, enterprise-wide approach to regulatory compliance and ethics management. During his ten years at McKinsey, Mr. Miller worked in the United States, Europe and Japan to help companies in a broad cross-section of industries
