About

Antonio Malave founded True Grade with co-founder Chris Wheeler after seeing the opportunity in his business travels in Central and South America and realizing there existed a need for quality, fresh fish in the southeastern US market. Working his contacts in the local fishing villages, he began putting together fishing fleet partnerships where practices and packaging could create instant supply in packing fresh fish and flying them in daily to the Miami based distribution channel he created with Chris. This sales channel became the backbone on which award winning True Grade was built.
