Arthur Rosenzweig is CEO and a Co-Founder of Gimme Credit. He has more than 40 years of management experience delivering advanced technology-enabled services and research to more than 2,000 banks, securities firms, institutional investors, and corporate issuers in more than 20 countries. Mr. Rosenzweig was founder and CEO of Mediant Communications Inc., an investor communications company which was acquired by BetaNXT in 2023. He was President of Proxy Monitor, a proxy advisory firm which acquired and merged into Institutional Shareholder Services in 2002. He has founded and managed several institutional research firms, including Credit Derivatives Research and High Frequency Economics. Mr. Rosenzweig earned his BA from Stanford University and his MA and PhD degrees in Economics from New York University.
